Our Mission
The Dirtbag Collective is dedicated to empowering Long Beach State baseball players by maximizing name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities and offsetting rising scholarship costs.
Our mission is to enhance the visibility and marketability of our student-athletes while providing essential financial support.
Through strategic partnerships and advocacy, we aim to support their growth both on and off the field, uphold the tradition of excellence in Long Beach State baseball, and ensure our players have the resources to succeed in their academic and athletic careers.
Our History
The Dirtbag Collective was created for Dirtbags, by Dirtbags. This organization was founded by former Dirtbags and Long Beach athletes who know firsthand the grit, determination, and pride that define the program.
Inspired by the same blue-collar spirit that built the Dirtbags legacy, the Collective was established to provide meaningful NIL opportunities for student-athletes while upholding the unique culture of Long Beach State Baseball.
Just like the Dirtbags themselves, the Collective operates with integrity, hustle, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
